Magness Taylor Puncture Probe Set and Chuck Assembly

Fixture includes (8) probes with diameters from 1/16"ø to 1/2"ø, loading chuck with adapter and chuck key. The chuck is supplied with a 1/2"ø male clevis adapter with lock nut. The 1/2"ø clevis adapter uses a 3/16"ø by 1.25" long dowel pin (pin not included). Supplied with optional compression plate to be used in the food cell holder.
