Food Cell Holder

The food cell holder is an aluminum holder that attaches to the base of the test machine by means of an adapter (supplied with the holder). The food test cell holder can be used with many different test cells which include: Warner Bratzler Meat Shear Fixture, Puncture Probe Set, Kramer Shear Fixture, Compression Anvil, etc. The holder has a recessed portion that the cell fits into and holds in place by two locking knobs on either side of the cell. The holder includes an area at the base for a plastic container to catch extruded shear products that come from the test cell.
