Loop Tack Test Fixture

The fixture includes a base plate , linear rails to contain the specimen plate, (4) spring loaded ball type plungers, and a 1.25” male clevis with locking nut. The sliding support rails are adjustable 2.0 cm on each side allowing peel plates from 7.6cm to 10.2 cm. These sliding support rails accommodate specimen thickness up to 0.125”. There are two additional plungers to support the peel plate. The spring loaded ball type plungers apply pressure to the specimen plate to keep it against the linear rails.
